settled the tfl stuff yday. forgot to bring my ic so gotta go back take again.. wasted $2.30 and like one hour traveling time. ugh.
meeting sis to return books later. might be gg out with joce tml. hope to get the med check up over with by next week.
anyway the weather has been freaking hot and humid lately. kept perspiring for no reason, like i'm just sitting there, not doing any vigorous exercise or anything yet still perspire. ugh.
mm... i think that online shopping from sg websites are totally not worth it. disregarding the same handicap that one can neither see, touch nor try the actual product, the prices are about the same as, if not more than, those in shops which, over all, plus shipping costs, end up being more expensive. i guess the good thing about overseas websites, especially US, is you're more likely to find bargains there when there's sales and also the prices and shipping charges are more attractive with more websites competing for business from online shoppers. that said, i would never buy things online unless the prices are significantly lower than in shops or the item is really attractive and the price is reasonable. hence i just participated in an e.l.f spree even though i suspect the organiser is profiteering in some ways at the participants' expense. a bit gek but what to do? not like can organise my own spree without cc. i just hope there won't be shortages to be topped up later.
